Sometimes you may notice the tiny white particles in our jars of ground coffeebefore even opening it. Does that mean the Mamé Noka coffee is gone bad and cannot be used any longer?
No, it does not mean the coffeeis wastednow. These tiny white particles are actually a natural part of the coffee fruit, in fact they are the skin of the beans. During the roasting process not all of the skins are removed which is completely normal. That’s why the white particles can be found in all coffees, only in commercial coffee they can’t be seen because they are burnt during the process and so become as dark as the coffee beans. There is absolutely no harm in consumingthe particles together with the beans themselves, if anything it means that you’ll have less of a burned tastein your coffee.
So not to worry about anything!!!
